Objective: The Certified Supply Chain Automation Specialist course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to streamline and digitize supply chain functions through automation. The course covers key automation technologies including warehouse automation (e.g., AGVs, conveyors), robotic process automation (RPA), IoT-enabled tracking, barcode/RFID systems, AI and machine learning applications, and ERP/SCM system integration.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Supply Chain Automation and Digital Transformation: Overview of supply chain processes and automation opportunities, Evolution from traditional to digital supply chains, Role of automation in enhancing efficiency and reducing errors, Key technologies in supply chain automation: IoT, AI, RPA, blockchain, Benefits and challenges of implementing automation solutions, Trends in smart supply chains and Industry 4.0 impact.

Module 2: Automation in Procurement and Inventory Management: Automated procurement systems and e-sourcing tools, Integration of supplier portals and contract automation, Inventory tracking using RFID, barcoding, and IoT sensors, Automated stock replenishment and demand-driven MRP systems, Forecasting and planning with AI and predictive analytics, Case study: implementing inventory automation in retail or manufacturing.

Module 3: Warehouse Automation and Robotics: Types of warehouse automation: AS/RS, conveyor systems, AGVs, Use of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) in automation, Picking and packing automation: pick-to-light, voice picking, Drones and robotic systems in warehouse operations, Safety and efficiency considerations in warehouse automation, ROI analysis and layout planning for warehouse automation projects.

Module 4: Transportation and Logistics Automation: Transport Management Systems (TMS) and route optimization tools, Real-time tracking with GPS, telematics, and IoT devices, Automation in shipment scheduling, invoicing, and documentation, Last-mile delivery innovations using autonomous vehicles and drones, Cold chain automation and temperature monitoring, Integration of logistics automation with ERP and SCM platforms.
