Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management: Definition and scope of supply chain management, Key components and objectives of SCM, Supply chain drivers and metrics, Supply chain vs. logistics vs. operations, Global trends and challenges in SCM, Role of a supply chain manager.

Module 2: Procurement and Supplier Management: Procurement strategies and sourcing models, Supplier selection and evaluation criteria, Contracting and negotiation techniques, Vendor relationship management, E-procurement and digital sourcing, Risk management in procurement.

Module 3: Production and Operations Management: Demand forecasting and production planning, Capacity planning and scheduling, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, Inventory control in production, Total quality management (TQM), Coordination between production and supply chain.

Module 4: Logistics and Distribution Management: Transportation modes and route planning, Warehouse design and management, Order fulfillment and last-mile delivery, Third-party logistics (3PL) and outsourcing, Freight cost analysis and optimization, Role of technology in logistics.

Module 5: Supply Chain Technology and Integration: Supply chain information systems (SCIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Use of AI, IoT, and blockchain in SCM, Data analytics and decision support systems, Supply chain visibility and collaboration tools, Cybersecurity in supply chain networks.

Module 6: Performance Measurement and Sustainability: Key performance indicators (KPIs) in SCM, Balanced scorecard and benchmarking, Green supply chain practices, Reverse logistics and circular economy, Regulatory compliance and ethical sourcing, Strategic supply chain innovation and future trends.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
