The course covers various categories of supply chain risk including operational, financial, geopolitical, environmental, cyber, and supplier-related risks. Participants will learn risk assessment methodologies such as FMEA, SWOT, and risk matrices; design contingency and continuity plans; implement monitoring frameworks; and use data analytics and digital tools to forecast disruptions. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Module 2: Risk Identification and Assessment Techniques: Risk Mapping and Categorization Methods, Supply Chain Vulnerability Audits, Risk Indicators and Early Warning Signals, Supplier Risk Assessment and Due Diligence, Risk Scoring Models and Risk Heat Maps, Tools for Identifying Internal and External Risks.

Module 3: Risk Analysis and Quantification Methods: Qualitative vs Quantitative Risk Assessment Approaches, Scenario Planning and What-If Analysis, Monte Carlo Simulation and Probability Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Business Impact Analysis and Critical Path Evaluation, Risk Prioritization and Exposure Measurement.

Module 4: Risk Mitigation and Response Strategies: Risk Avoidance, Transfer, Reduction, and Acceptance Techniques, Supplier Diversification and Dual Sourcing, Inventory Buffering and Safety Stock Planning, Contractual Risk Sharing and Insurance, Emergency Response and Contingency Planning, Resilience Building Through Redundancy and Flexibility.
