Objective: The Certified Supply Chain Tech Consultant course is designed to prepare professionals to advise, implement, and manage technology-driven solutions that enhance supply chain performance and visibility. The course covers the application of digital tools such as ERP, WMS, TMS, SCM platforms, IoT, RFID, AI/ML, blockchain, and big data analytics in various supply chain functions. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Supply Chain Technology: Overview of Supply Chain Functions and Digital Transformation, Role and Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Tech Consultant, Key Technologies in Modern Supply Chains (ERP, TMS, WMS, SCM), Understanding the Tech Needs of Supply Chain Stakeholders, Digital Maturity Models in Supply Chains, Challenges and Opportunities in Tech Adoption.

Module 2: Core Supply Chain Systems and Platforms: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems in SCM, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Control, Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Route Optimization, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Tools, Order Management and Demand Planning Systems, Integration Between Core Supply Chain Platforms.

Module 3: Emerging Technologies in Supply Chain: Internet of Things (IoT) for Real-Time Monitoring, Blockchain for Supply Chain Transparency and Trust, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Demand Forecasting, Robotics and Automation in Warehousing and Fulfillment, Cloud Computing and SaaS Platforms, Digital Twins and Predictive Analytics.

Module 4: System Integration and Data Management: Supply Chain Data Flow and Architecture, API Integration Between Systems, Master Data Management (MDM) and Governance, Real-Time Data Visibility and Dashboards, Interoperability Challenges and Solutions, Role of EDI and Data Standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12).

Module 5: Supply Chain Cybersecurity and Compliance: Identifying Cyber Risks in Digital Supply Chains, Securing IoT Devices and Networked Systems, Data Privacy Laws and Compliance Standards (GDPR, CCPA), Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Authentication, Encryption, and Access Control, Auditing and Monitoring for Tech Risk Management.

Module 6: Consulting Skills and Digital Strategy Implementation: Conducting Technology Assessments and Gap Analysis, Developing and Presenting Digital Transformation Roadmaps, Change Management and User Adoption Strategies, Vendor Evaluation and Software Selection, Project Management for Tech Implementations, Measuring ROI and KPIs for Tech Initiatives in Supply Chain.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
