Objective: The Certified Sustainable Business Manager course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to integrate sustainability principles into business strategies and operations. The course covers sustainable business models, environmental and social responsibility, sustainable supply chain management, corporate governance, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks, and sustainability reporting.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Sustainable Business: Principles of sustainability, Triple bottom line (people, planet, profit), Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concepts, Sustainability frameworks and standards (GRI, ISO 14001), Corporate social responsibility (CSR), Global sustainability trends and drivers

Module 2: Sustainable Strategy and Leadership: Developing sustainable business strategies, Leadership for sustainability, Stakeholder engagement and collaboration, Integrating sustainability into corporate vision, Change management for sustainable practices, Measuring strategic sustainability impact

Module 3: Environmental Management and Resource Efficiency: Environmental impact assessment, Energy management and efficiency, Waste reduction and circular economy, Sustainable supply chain management, Water and natural resource management, Carbon footprint and emission reduction strategies

Module 4: Social Responsibility and Ethics: Social sustainability principles, Labor practices and human rights, Community engagement and development, Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Ethical decision-making in business, Monitoring and reporting social impact

Module 5: Sustainable Operations and Innovation: Sustainable product and service design, Green technologies and innovation, Eco-efficient processes, Life cycle assessment (LCA), Sustainable procurement practices, Continuous improvement in sustainability performance

Module 6: Governance, Reporting, and Compliance: Sustainability governance structures, ESG reporting and standards, Regulatory compliance and legal frameworks, Risk management in sustainability, Transparency and accountability, Performance measurement and continuous improvement

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
