Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Team Collaboration: Understanding Team Dynamics, Roles and Responsibilities in Teams, Importance of Collaboration in Organizations, Stages of Team Development, Communication Fundamentals, Building Trust and Accountability.

Module 2: Effective Communication Strategies: Active Listening Techniques, Non-Verbal Communication, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, Feedback Mechanisms, Cross-Cultural Communication, Digital Communication Tools.

Module 3: Collaboration Tools and Technologies: Overview of Collaboration Software (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams), Project Management Tools, File Sharing and Version Control, Video Conferencing Best Practices, Integrating Collaboration Tools, Data Security in Digital Collaboration.

Module 4: Facilitating Meetings and Group Activities: Planning and Setting Meeting Objectives, Meeting Facilitation Techniques, Encouraging Participation and Engagement, Time Management in Meetings, Documenting Meeting Minutes, Virtual and Hybrid Meeting Challenges.

Module 5: Problem Solving and Decision Making in Teams: Collaborative Problem-Solving Methods, Brainstorming and Ideation Techniques, Consensus Building, Decision-Making Models, Managing Groupthink, Implementing Team Decisions.

Module 6: Monitoring and Improving Team Collaboration: Setting Collaboration Metrics and KPIs, Evaluating Team Performance, Providing Constructive Feedback, Identifying Collaboration Barriers, Continuous Improvement Strategies, Promoting a Collaborative Culture.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
