Objective: The Certified Technical Textile Developer course aims to equip participants with specialized knowledge and practical skills in the development of technical textiles used in various industries such as automotive, medical, construction, and protective clothing. The course covers advanced fiber technology, fabric engineering, smart textiles, testing and characterization methods, and applications of technical textiles. It trains learners to innovate and develop functional textiles with enhanced properties such as durability, fire resistance, water repellency, and conductivity.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Manufacturing Techniques for Technical Textiles: Methods of Manufacturing Technical Textiles (Woven, Nonwoven, Knitted), Innovative Production Techniques (3D Weaving, Electrospinning, Nanofibers), Fabric Structures for Technical Applications, Coating and Laminating Techniques, Finishing Processes for Enhanced Performance, Customization and Integration of Textiles.

Module 4: Testing and Quality Control in Technical Textiles: Physical and Mechanical Testing (Tensile, Abrasion, Tear Strength), Chemical Testing (Flame Retardancy, Water Resistance), Performance Testing (Thermal Insulation, UV Protection), Testing Standards for Technical Textiles, Quality Control Systems and Certification, Testing for Durability and Longevity.
