Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Textile Engineering: Introduction to textile engineering and its branches, Overview of fiber types and properties, Yarn manufacturing processes (spinning systems), Fabric formation techniques (weaving, knitting, non-woven), Basics of textile chemistry and wet processing, Importance of quality control in textile engineering.

Module 2: Fiber Science and Polymer Technology: Structure and classification of textile fibers, Natural vs synthetic fiber characteristics, Polymer science fundamentals and fiber formation, Melt, wet, and dry spinning techniques, Thermal and mechanical behavior of fibers, Fiber testing and performance evaluation.

Module 3: Yarn and Fabric Manufacturing Technology: Ring, rotor, air-jet and friction spinning systems, Yarn properties and quality assessment, Weaving operations and loom mechanisms, Knitting technology and loop formation, Non-woven fabric production methods, Process optimization in yarn and fabric production.

Module 4: Textile Chemical Processing: Pre-treatment processes (desizing, scouring, bleaching), Dyeing methods and dye classes, Printing techniques and machinery, Finishing processes (mechanical and chemical finishes), Sustainable and eco-friendly processing technologies, Effluent treatment and pollution control in wet processing.

Module 5: Textile Machinery and Automation: Types and working of spinning and weaving machines, Control systems in textile machinery, Maintenance and troubleshooting techniques, Automation and robotics in textile production, CAD/CAM applications in textiles, Productivity improvement through machine optimization.

Module 6: Industrial Applications and Emerging Trends: Technical textiles and their applications, Smart textiles and wearable technology, Sustainability and circular practices in textile engineering, Industry 4.0 in textile manufacturing, Entrepreneurship and start-up opportunities in textiles, Global market trends and career pathways in textile technology.
