Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Training ROI: Understanding the concept of ROI in training, Importance of measuring training effectiveness, Key stakeholders and their expectations, Overview of training evaluation models, Aligning training goals with business outcomes, Challenges in calculating training ROI.
Module 2: Training Needs Analysis and Goal Setting: Conducting a training needs assessment, Identifying performance gaps and training objectives, Setting measurable learning outcomes, Linking training to organizational KPIs, Prioritizing training investments, Documenting baseline metrics.
Module 3: Evaluation Models and Frameworks: Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, Phillips ROI Methodology™, Jack Phillips’ five-level ROI framework, Selecting the right model for the training type, Applying multiple evaluation levels effectively, Case studies in evaluation models.
Module 4: Data Collection and Analysis Methods: Choosing appropriate data collection tools (surveys, assessments, interviews), Quantitative vs qualitative data, Gathering pre- and post-training metrics, Calculating cost-benefit and ROI ratios, Isolating the impact of training from other factors, Analyzing and interpreting training data.
Module 5: Reporting and Presenting ROI Findings: Structuring ROI reports for different audiences, Visualizing data for impact, Telling a compelling ROI story, Communicating results to stakeholders, Recommending improvements based on findings, Creating executive dashboards and summaries.
Module 6: Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement: Using ROI insights for future planning, Integrating ROI analysis into L&D strategy, Building an ROI-focused training culture, Improving training design based on ROI data, Budget justification and resource allocation, Staying current with ROI trends and tools.
