The course covers travel booking procedures, itinerary planning, visa and documentation requirements, vendor negotiation, travel policy compliance, expense management, and risk assessment related to travel. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Travel Coordination: Role and Responsibilities of a Travel Coordinator, Overview of Travel Industry, Types of Travel (Business, Leisure, Group), Travel Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Travel Coordination in Organizations, Travel Policies and Compliance.

Module 2: Travel Planning and Booking: Researching Travel Options, Airline Reservations and Ticketing, Hotel and Accommodation Booking, Ground Transportation Arrangements, Visa and Passport Requirements, Managing Travel Itineraries.

Module 3: Budgeting and Cost Management: Travel Budget Preparation and Monitoring, Cost Control Strategies, Negotiating with Travel Vendors, Expense Reporting and Reconciliation, Understanding Corporate Travel Policies, Using Travel Management Software.

Module 4: Risk Management and Travel Safety: Identifying Travel Risks, Emergency Procedures and Contingency Planning, Health and Safety Considerations, Travel Insurance Basics, Crisis Management for Travelers, Communicating Travel Advisories.

Module 5: Customer Service and Communication: Effective Communication with Travelers and Vendors, Handling Travel Changes and Issues, Providing Travel Support and Assistance, Managing Special Requests, Cultural Sensitivity in Travel Coordination, Feedback and Continuous Improvement.

Module 6: Technology and Trends in Travel Coordination: Using Online Booking Tools and Travel Portals, Mobile Travel Applications, Emerging Trends in Corporate Travel, Sustainable and Responsible Travel Practices, Data Privacy and Security, Professional Development and Industry Resources.
