The course covers itinerary planning, travel logistics, customer service, destination management, tour marketing, travel regulations, booking systems, and risk management.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Travel & Tourism Industry: tourism concepts and definitions, global tourism trends, components of the tourism system, types of tourism and traveler profiles, role of travel intermediaries, tourism supply and demand

Module 2: Tour Operations Management: functions of a tour operator, tour design and development process, costing and pricing of tour packages, supplier selection and contracting, ground handling operations, tour filing and documentation

Module 3: Itinerary Planning & Destination Knowledge: types of itineraries, steps in itinerary planning, time and distance management, destination research and analysis, mapping and routing skills, customization for niche markets

Module 4: Customer Service & Sales in Tourism: communication skills for tourism professionals, customer profiling and need assessment, sales techniques and conversion strategies, handling complaints and service recovery, cross-cultural service skills, after-sales service and customer retention

Module 5: Travel Documentation & Formalities: passport and visa requirements, immigration and customs regulations, travel insurance types and policies, health and safety advisories, airline ticketing basics, legal and regulatory compliance for tour operators

Module 6: Tourism Marketing & Digital Tools: fundamentals of tourism marketing, branding and positioning of tour packages, social media and digital marketing strategies, online booking systems and CRM tools, partnerships and distribution channels, performance measurement and analytics
