Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Overview of Travel and Tourism Industry: Definition and Components of Travel and Tourism, History and Evolution of Tourism, Types of Tourism (Domestic, International, Inbound, Outbound), Tourism System and Supply Chain, Key Players and Stakeholders in Tourism, Economic, Social and Environmental Impacts of Tourism.

Module 2: Tourism Product Development and Management: Tourism Product Types and Classification, Designing and Developing Tourism Products, Role of Attractions, Accommodation, Transport, and Events, Sustainable Tourism Development, Managing Tourist Experiences, Product Life Cycle and Innovation.

Module 3: Tourism Marketing and Promotion: Principles of Tourism Marketing, Market Segmentation and Targeting, Branding and Positioning of Destinations, Digital Marketing Tools and Techniques, Promotional Campaigns and Media Planning, Measuring Marketing Effectiveness.

Module 4: Travel Operations and Customer Service: Travel Agency and Tour Operator Functions, Reservation and Ticketing Systems, Customer Relationship Management, Handling Travel Enquiries and Complaints, Group and Individual Travel Management, Quality Assurance and Service Standards.

Module 5: Tourism Policy, Planning, and Regulations: National and International Tourism Policies, Role of Government and Tourism Organizations, Tourism Planning Process, Legal Framework and Regulatory Environment, Ethical and Responsible Tourism Practices, Crisis and Disaster Management in Tourism.
