The course covers the full UX design process including user research, persona creation, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, usability testing, and UX writing.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to User Experience Design: Definition and Importance of UX Design, Differences Between UX, UI, and Interaction Design, Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking Principles, Role and Responsibilities of a UX Designer, Overview of UX Design Process and Lifecycle, Key Tools and Software Used in UX Design.

Module 2: User Research and Empathy Building: Conducting User Interviews, Surveys, and Observations, Creating Personas and Empathy Maps, Understanding User Needs, Goals, and Pain Points, User Journey Mapping and Task Analysis, Competitive Analysis and Market Research, Synthesizing Research into Actionable Insights.

Module 3: Information Architecture and Wireframing: Designing Navigation Structures and Content Hierarchies, Creating Site Maps and User Flow Diagrams, Low-Fidelity and High-Fidelity Wireframes, Tools for Wireframing (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq), Structuring Content for Findability and Usability, Interaction Design Basics and Task Flows.

Module 4: Prototyping and Interaction Design: Creating Clickable and Interactive Prototypes, Tools for Prototyping (Figma, InVision, Axure), Designing Microinteractions and Transitions, Mobile vs Web Interaction Design Patterns, Accessibility and Inclusive Design Principles, Iterative Design and Feedback Integration.

Module 5: Usability Testing and UX Metrics: Planning and Conducting Usability Tests (Remote and In-Person), Analyzing User Behavior and Feedback, Key UX Metrics (Task Success Rate, Error Rate, Time on Task), A/B Testing and Data-Driven UX Decisions, Reporting Findings and Recommending Improvements, Tools for Testing (Maze, Lookback, UserTesting).

Module 6: UX Documentation and Portfolio Development: Creating UX Case Studies and Process Documentation, Building a Professional UX Portfolio, Presenting UX Work to Stakeholders and Clients, Collaboration with UI Designers and Developers, Freelance and In-house UX Career Paths, Preparing for UX Design Interviews and Challenges.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
