Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Yoga Studio Manager course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and practical skills required to efficiently manage and operate a yoga studio. This course aims to develop expertise in studio operations, class scheduling, client management, staff coordination, marketing and promotion, financial administration, and compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Yoga Studio Management: History and Philosophy of Yoga, Roles and Responsibilities of a Studio Manager, Understanding Different Yoga Styles, Studio Types and Setup Basics, Ethics and Professionalism in Yoga Business, Overview of the Yoga Industry and Trends.

Module 2: Studio Operations and Administration: Daily Studio Operations, Scheduling Classes and Events, Managing Studio Space and Equipment, Health and Safety Regulations, Record Keeping and Documentation, Handling Client Communications.

Module 3: Marketing and Branding for Yoga Studios: Brand Identity and Positioning, Digital Marketing Strategies, Social Media Management, Creating Promotional Campaigns, Building Community and Client Loyalty, Partnerships and Collaborations.

Module 4: Financial Management and Budgeting: Basic Accounting Principles, Budget Planning and Forecasting, Pricing Strategies for Classes and Workshops, Payment Systems and Billing, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Cost Control and Profit Maximization.

Module 5: Human Resource Management: Recruitment and Hiring of Yoga Instructors, Staff Training and Development, Performance Management, Conflict Resolution and Team Building, Legal Considerations in Employment, Creating a Positive Work Environment.

Module 6: Client Experience and Growth Strategies: Customer Service Excellence, Managing Client Feedback and Complaints, Developing Retention Programs, Organizing Workshops and Special Events, Expanding Services and Revenue Streams, Using Technology for Client Engagement.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
