Training Partner Process

Step 1: Application Submission

Interested Institutes or Organizations are required to submit the Online Application Form along with a non-refundable application fee of INR 5,000/- plus applicable taxes.

Step 2: Application Evaluation

Upon receiving the application, the Council will evaluate the submitted details and may request additional information or clarifications if required.


Step 3: Recommendation

After thorough scrutiny, the Evaluation Committee will make a recommendation to the Council. Based on the committee’s findings, the Council will take the final decision regarding the Training Patner status.


Step 4: Grant of Training Partnership

If ‘Conditional Training Partner’ is granted, the Council may suggest necessary modifications to the course curriculum, administrative capacity, or other operational areas.
The applicant institution must implement the required changes and obtain Council approval before the final grant of Training Partner.


Application and Training Partner Fees

a) A non-refundable application fee of INR 5,000/- plus applicable taxes per application must be submitted along with the application.

b) Upon approval, the organization shall pay an Training Partner Fee of INR 35,000/- plus applicable taxes within 7 calendar days of receiving communication of Training Partner status.

c) Training Partnership shall initially be granted for a period of 1 year, renewable for a further 2 years upon fulfillment of Council requirements.
The Renewal Fee shall be INR 25,000/- plus applicable taxes per year.

d) To maintain the GSDCI Skills Registry of certified professionals, a fee of INR 1000/- per candidate per certificate will be charged by GSDCI.
The certifying institution shall remit this fee in bulk along with the certified candidates’ data, as per GSDCI’s prescribed format.
(Note: These fees are subject to periodic revision by GSDCI.)


Maintenance of Certified Individuals Database

Once Training Partnership is granted, GSDCI will request periodic data of candidates who have successfully passed the examination.
Institutions must share these details in GSDCI’s prescribed format at intervals decided by the Council.
This information will include candidate details and certificate validity.

The verified data will be published on the GSDCI Skills Registry, an official database that maintains and displays details of all certified professionals.
The Skills Registry allows the general public and employers to verify the authenticity of certificates issued under GSDCI programs.
