Objective: The Certified Wellness Centre Manager (CWCM) course is designed to equip healthcare and wellness professionals with the skills and knowledge required to manage and operate wellness centers efficiently. The course covers administration, staff management, financial planning, facility operations, customer service, marketing, program development, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Wellness Centre Management: Overview of wellness and holistic health, Roles and responsibilities of a wellness centre manager, Types of wellness centres and services, Importance of client satisfaction and retention, Legal and regulatory framework, Ethical and professional standards in wellness management
Module 2: Client Care and Wellness Programs: Assessment of client needs and health profiling, Designing personalized wellness programs, Fitness and physical activity management, Nutrition and dietary planning, Stress management and mental well-being programs, Monitoring progress and client feedback
Module 3: Human Resource and Staff Management: Recruitment, training, and development of wellness staff, Performance evaluation and appraisal, Scheduling and workforce allocation, Staff motivation and team building, Conflict resolution and workplace communication, Health and safety protocols for staff
Module 4: Facility Operations and Maintenance: Maintenance of wellness centre infrastructure, Cleaning and hygiene management, Equipment and therapy tools management, Safety and emergency preparedness, Environmental sustainability practices, Compliance with health and safety standards
Module 5: Financial and Administrative Management: Budgeting and financial planning for wellness services, Pricing and service packages, Billing and payment management, Procurement and inventory of supplies, Cost control and resource optimization, Record keeping and reporting to stakeholders
Module 6: Marketing, Technology, and Quality Management: Marketing and promotion of wellness services, Client relationship management strategies, Use of software for scheduling and record management, Quality assurance and continuous improvement, Monitoring client satisfaction and outcomes, Risk management and incident reporting
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
