Objective: The Certified Mobility & Flexibility Specialist course is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge and practical skills to enhance human movement, joint range of motion, and overall functional performance. The program covers anatomy, biomechanics, muscle physiology, movement assessment, corrective exercise strategies, and flexibility training techniques.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics: Musculoskeletal System and Joint Structure, Muscle Physiology and Function, Connective Tissue and Ligament Properties, Biomechanics of Movement, Posture and Alignment Principles, Application of Physiology to Mobility Training

Module 3: Assessment and Evaluation: Screening for Mobility Limitations, Flexibility and Range of Motion Testing, Functional Movement Assessment, Identifying Muscle Imbalances and Restrictions, Postural Analysis, Interpreting Assessment Results for Program Design

Module 4: Mobility and Flexibility Techniques: Static and Dynamic Stretching Methods, Myofascial Release and Soft Tissue Techniques, Joint Mobilization Exercises, Functional and Sport-Specific Mobility Drills, Corrective Exercise Strategies, Programming for Daily Life and Athletic Performance

Module 5: Program Design and Special Populations: Designing Individualized Mobility Programs, Integrating Flexibility into Strength and Conditioning, Mobility for Seniors and Older Adults, Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention Applications, Modifications for Special Needs, Tracking Progress and Adjusting Programs

Module 6: Professional Practice and Client Management: Communication and Instructional Skills, Motivating and Engaging Clients, Safety and Risk Management, Documentation and Progress Tracking, Ethical and Professional Standards, Career Development and Continuing Education

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
