Objective: The Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to implement and manage a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) based on the ISO 22301:2019 standard. This course enables participants to understand the principles and practices of business continuity, including risk assessment, business impact analysis (BIA), continuity strategies, recovery planning, and crisis communication. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to ISO 22301 and Business Continuity Management: Overview of ISO 22301 standard and scope, Key concepts and principles of business continuity, Relationship with other standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 31000), Benefits and importance of BCMS, Terminology and definitions in ISO 22301, Understanding organizational context and interested parties.

Module 2: Initiating the BCMS Implementation: Determining the scope of BCMS, Leadership and commitment in BCM, Establishing the BCMS policy and objectives, Assigning roles and responsibilities, Identifying legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, Resource planning and team formation.

Module 3: Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment: Conducting a Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Identifying critical activities and dependencies, Performing risk assessment for business continuity threats, Determining Maximum Acceptable Outage (MAO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Establishing risk treatment and mitigation strategies, Documenting BIA and risk results.

Module 4: Business Continuity Strategies and Plans: Developing business continuity strategies, Designing business continuity and recovery plans, Response structure and team responsibilities, Incident response and emergency procedures, Communication strategies during disruptions, Ensuring continuity of key products and services.

Module 5: Implementation, Monitoring and Testing of BCMS: Implementing and operating the BCMS, Awareness and training for BCM, Testing and exercising business continuity plans, Monitoring, measurement and evaluation, Internal audit of BCMS, Handling nonconformities and taking corrective actions.

Module 6: Certification Preparation and Continuous Improvement: Preparing for ISO 22301 certification audit, Managing audit processes and documentation, Maintaining and improving BCMS performance, Management review and decision-making, Lessons learned and best practices, Case studies and real-world examples.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
