Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Strategic Management: Definition and Importance of Strategic Management, Vision, Mission, and Core Values, Strategic Thinking and Leadership, Levels of Strategy (Corporate, Business, Functional), Strategic Management Process, Environmental Scanning (PESTLE Analysis).

Module 2: Internal and External Analysis: Industry Analysis and Competitive Forces (Porter’s Five Forces), SWOT Analysis, Resource-Based View, Value Chain Analysis, Benchmarking, Identifying Strategic Issues and Opportunities.

Module 3: Strategy Formulation: Corporate-Level Strategies, Business-Level Strategies, Growth and Diversification Strategies, Competitive Strategies (Cost Leadership, Differentiation, Focus), Strategic Choice and Decision Making, Risk Assessment in Strategy.

Module 4: Strategy Implementation: Organizational Structure and Strategy Alignment, Change Management Principles, Leadership and Strategic Execution, Resource Allocation and Budgeting, Performance Management Systems, Communication of Strategy.

Module 5: Strategic Control and Evaluation: Measuring Strategic Performance, Balanced Scorecard Approach, Feedback and Control Mechanisms, Strategic Audits, Corrective Actions and Continuous Improvement, Crisis and Risk Management.

Module 6: Emerging Trends and Strategic Innovation: Digital Transformation and Strategy, Innovation Management, Globalization and Strategic Implications, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, Future Trends in Strategic Management.
