Objective: The Certified Robotic Process Automation Solutions Specialist course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of RPA technologies, tools, and best practices. It focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA projects, from identifying automation opportunities and designing workflows to developing bots and managing deployments.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Robotic Process Automation: RPA Overview and Benefits, Types of RPA (Attended, Unattended, Hybrid), Key RPA Tools and Platforms, Understanding RPA Use Cases, RPA vs Traditional Automation, Business and Technical Roles in RPA.

Module 2: RPA Project Lifecycle and Planning: RPA Implementation Phases, Identifying and Prioritizing Automation Opportunities, Building a Business Case for RPA, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Stakeholder Engagement and Governance, Creating an RPA Roadmap and Strategy.

Module 3: RPA Solution Design and Development: Process Mapping and Documentation, Designing Automation Workflows, Using RPA Tools for Development, Best Practices in Bot Development, Exception Handling and Error Management, Security and Compliance Considerations.

Module 4: RPA Deployment and Testing: Environment Setup and Configuration, Bot Deployment Strategies, Testing Types (Unit, Integration, User Acceptance), Performance Monitoring, Managing Bot Schedules and Triggers, Post-Deployment Support and Maintenance.

Module 5: RPA Governance and Change Management: Establishing RPA Governance Frameworks, Compliance and Audit Requirements, Managing Change and Version Control, Measuring RPA ROI and Benefits, User Training and Adoption, Scaling RPA Across the Enterprise.

Module 6: Advanced RPA Concepts and Trends: Integrating RPA with AI and Machine Learning, Cognitive Automation and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Analytics and Reporting in RPA, RPA in Cloud Environments, Future Trends and Emerging Technologies, Case Studies and Industry Applications.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
