Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Impact Investing: Definition and history of impact investing, Market overview and trends, Types of impact investments, Key stakeholders in impact investing, Differences between impact investing and traditional investing, Role of an impact investment analyst.

Module 2: Impact Measurement and Management: Impact frameworks and standards (IRIS+, GIIRS, SDGs), Defining impact objectives, Quantitative and qualitative impact metrics, Data collection and analysis methods, Reporting and transparency, Challenges in impact measurement.

Module 3: Financial Analysis for Impact Investments: Financial modeling and valuation techniques, Risk assessment and mitigation, Due diligence processes, Evaluating financial returns vs social/environmental returns, Portfolio diversification strategies, Exit strategies and impact realization.

Module 4: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Factors: Understanding ESG criteria, ESG integration in investment analysis, Regulatory and reporting requirements, ESG risk and opportunity assessment, Stakeholder engagement and governance, ESG rating agencies and tools.

Module 5: Sectors and Themes in Impact Investing: Investing in renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, healthcare, education, affordable housing, and microfinance, Market opportunities and challenges in each sector, Innovation and technology in impact sectors, Case studies of successful impact investments.

Module 6: Professional Practice and Ethics: Ethical considerations in impact investing, Investor communication and relationship management, Developing investment theses, Compliance and regulatory environment, Trends shaping the future of impact investing, Building a career as an impact investment analyst.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
