Module 1: Introduction to Food and Beverage Operations: Overview of F&B industry and service segments, Roles and responsibilities of an F&B Operations Manager, Organizational structure of F&B departments, Types of food and beverage service, Coordination with other hotel departments, Current trends in F&B operations.

Module 2: Menu Planning and Product Knowledge: Types and components of menus, Menu engineering and profitability analysis, Food and beverage pairing basics, Nutritional and dietary considerations, Seasonal and event-based menu planning, Understanding culinary terminology and ingredients.

Module 3: Service Standards and Guest Experience: Types of service styles (silver, buffet, à la carte), SOPs for food and beverage service, Handling VIPs and guest complaints professionally, Staff grooming and guest interaction etiquette, Enhancing dining ambiance and service flow, Customer satisfaction measurement and feedback.

Module 4: Staff Management and Training: Recruitment and onboarding of F&B staff, Scheduling and shift planning, Conducting performance appraisals and feedback, Designing training modules for skill development, Motivating staff and building team morale, Managing workplace conflicts and discipline.

Module 5: Financial Management and Cost Control: Budgeting for F&B operations, Monitoring food and beverage cost percentages, Inventory control and purchasing procedures, Waste reduction and portion control strategies, Revenue generation and sales tracking, Profitability analysis and forecasting.
