Eligibility: 10+2 Grade (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent is required.

Objective: The Certified Tally ERP 9.0 Operator course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in using Tally ERP 9.0, a widely used accounting and business management software in India. This course helps learners manage financial accounting, inventory, taxation (including GST), payroll, and MIS reporting, making them proficient in daily business accounting operations.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Tally ERP 9.0: Overview and Features of Tally ERP 9.0, Installation and Licensing, Company Creation, Configuration and Settings, Gateway of Tally Interface, Navigation and Shortcut Keys.

Module 2: Accounting Masters in Tally: Creating and Managing Ledgers and Groups, Voucher Types and Entry Configuration, Chart of Accounts and Hierarchies, Opening Balances and Ledger Reconciliation, Cost Centres and Cost Categories, Multiple Currencies and Exchange Rates.

Module 3: Inventory Management: Stock Groups, Categories, and Items Creation, Units of Measurement and Godowns, Inventory Vouchers (Purchase, Sales, Stock Journal), Batch-Wise and Lot-Wise Inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), Price List and Discount Management.

Module 4: Voucher Entry and Day-to-Day Transactions: Contra, Payment, Receipt, and Journal Entries, Sales and Purchase Entries with Tax, Debit/Credit Notes and Reversal Journals, Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS), Tracking Numbers and Order Processing, Printing and Emailing Vouchers.

Module 5: GST, Taxation and Compliance: GST Configuration in Tally, GST Masters and Classifications, GST Transactions and Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS and TCS Basics in Tally, Tax Reports and Audit Tools, Filing and Exporting Data for Returns.

Module 6: Reporting and Data Management: Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance), Inventory and Statutory Reports, Cash Flow and Ratio Analysis, Backup and Restore Company Data, Security Controls and User Management, Exporting Reports to Excel/PDF.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
