Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Academic Ethics and Leadership: Introduction to ethics in education, Core principles of academic integrity, Role and responsibilities of an Academic Ethics & Leadership Officer, Importance of ethical leadership in institutions, Historical and philosophical foundations of academic ethics, Legal and regulatory frameworks influencing academic conduct.

Module 2: Ethical Issues in Academic Environments: Plagiarism and academic dishonesty, Misconduct in research and publishing, Bias, discrimination, and fairness in assessment, Ethical dilemmas in grading and evaluation, Conflicts of interest and nepotism, Student-teacher relationship boundaries.

Module 3: Institutional Ethics Policies and Implementation: Developing and enforcing codes of ethics, Structuring ethics committees and review boards, Establishing reporting mechanisms and whistleblower protections, Investigating ethical breaches, Disciplinary actions and appeals processes, Promoting transparency and accountability.

Module 4: Leadership Skills for Ethical Governance: Principles of ethical and transformative leadership, Building an ethical culture in academic settings, Strategic decision-making and values alignment, Role modeling and mentorship, Conflict resolution and consensus building, Leading change in response to ethical challenges.

Module 5: Ethics Education and Community Engagementl: Designing and delivering ethics training programs, Embedding ethics in curriculum and pedagogy, Engaging faculty and staff in ethical discourse, Promoting student awareness and responsibility, Facilitating open dialogues and case study discussions, Collaborating with parents and external stakeholders.

Module 6: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement: Measuring ethical climate and leadership effectiveness, Conducting ethics audits and institutional reviews, Using feedback for policy and culture improvement, Adapting to evolving ethical challenges in education, Professional development and reflective practice, Benchmarking against global standards and best practices.

• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
