Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Building Services Commissioning: Role and responsibilities of a building services commissioning manager, Overview of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection), Importance of commissioning in construction projects, Key stakeholders and regulatory authorities, Industry standards and guidelines, Trends and innovations in building commissioning

Module 2: Planning and Design Review: Reviewing design documents and specifications, Coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors, Identification of critical systems and components, Development of commissioning plans and checklists, Scheduling and resource allocation, Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Module 3: Installation and System Verification: Verification of equipment and system installation, Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system inspections, Integration of automation and control systems, Testing of HVAC, lighting, and fire protection systems, Calibration and adjustment of equipment, Documentation of installation compliance

Module 4: Functional Performance Testing: Development of functional performance test procedures, Execution of tests for individual systems, Integrated system testing and validation, Troubleshooting and resolving deficiencies, Data collection and analysis, Ensuring system performance meets design intent and standards

Module 5: Quality Assurance, Safety, and Compliance: Quality assurance protocols for building services, Safety standards and risk management, Regulatory compliance and certification requirements, Environmental and sustainability considerations, Reporting and documentation practices, Continuous monitoring and post-commissioning review

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
