The course covers data management, statistical analysis, construction-specific software tools, visualization techniques, and reporting.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Construction Data Analysis: Overview of construction industry data, Types and sources of construction data, Importance of data analysis in construction, Data collection methods and tools, Role and responsibilities of a construction data analyst, Industry trends and challenges.

Module 2: Data Management and Preprocessing: Data cleaning and validation techniques, Handling missing and inconsistent data, Data transformation and normalization, Database management systems, Construction-specific data formats, Data security and privacy considerations.

Module 3: Statistical Analysis and Visualization: Descriptive and inferential statistics, Data visualization principles, Tools for data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), Creating dashboards and reports, Trend analysis and forecasting, Communicating insights effectively.

Module 4: Advanced Analytics and Modeling: Predictive analytics and machine learning basics, Regression analysis and classification, Time series analysis for project scheduling, Risk analysis and mitigation modeling, Resource allocation optimization, Use of Python/R in construction analytics.

Module 5: Construction Project Performance Metrics: Key performance indicators (KPIs) in construction, Cost and schedule performance analysis, Quality and safety data analytics, Productivity measurement techniques, Benchmarking and comparative analysis, Reporting for stakeholders and management.

Module 6: Professional Practice and Emerging Trends: Ethics and confidentiality in data analysis, Collaboration with project teams and decision-makers, Industry standards and compliance, Continuous learning and certification, Emerging technologies like IoT and AI in construction data, Case studies and real-world applications.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.

  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
  • There is no negative marking in any module.
