Duration: Three Months.

Objective: The Certificate in Construction Procurement and Contract Management course is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage procurement processes and contractual obligations in construction projects. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Procurement Planning and Strategy: Material and service requirement analysis, Procurement planning and scheduling, Vendor selection and evaluation, Tendering and bidding processes, Cost estimation and budgeting, Risk assessment and mitigation in procurement

Module 3: Contract Management Fundamentals: Types of construction contracts (lump-sum, unit price, design-build, EPC), Key contract clauses and terms, Drafting and negotiation of contracts, Contract lifecycle management, Compliance with contractual obligations, Dispute resolution and claims management

Module 4: Vendor and Supplier Management: Supplier relationship management, Performance evaluation and monitoring, Communication and coordination with vendors, Contract compliance monitoring, Handling vendor disputes and claims, Supplier development and continuous improvement

Module 5: Procurement Execution and Monitoring: Purchase order management and tracking, Material and service delivery coordination, Quality assurance and inspection, Cost control and variance monitoring, Documentation and reporting practices, Addressing procurement issues and contingencies
