Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Construction Management: Role and responsibilities of a construction manager, Construction project lifecycle and stages, Types of construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure), Construction methods and technology overview, Organizational structure at construction sites, Overview of industry standards and best practices.

Module 2: Project Planning and Scheduling: Project scope and work breakdown structure (WBS), Gantt charts and bar charts, Critical Path Method (CPM) and scheduling tools, Resource planning and allocation, Milestone tracking and delay analysis, Project monitoring and control techniques.

Module 3: Cost Estimation and Financial Management: Types and methods of cost estimation, Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), Budget planning and cost control measures, Construction accounting basics, Cash flow forecasting and tracking, Variance analysis and cost reporting.

Module 4: Contract Administration and Legal Aspects: Types of construction contracts (Lump sum, Item rate, EPC), Tendering and bid evaluation process, Contract clauses and dispute resolution, Change order and claims management, Legal compliance and labor laws, Roles of consultants and third-party agencies.

Module 5: Construction Site Management and Safety: Site setup and logistics planning, Daily reporting and supervision tools, Managing labor, subcontractors, and machinery, Safety practices and compliance (OSHA/IS standards), Environmental and waste management practices, Emergency response and first aid.

Module 6: Quality Control and Project Closure: Quality assurance and inspection methods, Checklist-based monitoring and audits, Punch lists and snagging procedures, Handover documentation and certification, Final billing and project close-out, Post-completion review and lessons learned.

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
