Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Construction Quality and Compliance: Role and responsibilities of a quality and compliance manager, Overview of quality management in construction, Importance of regulatory compliance, Key stakeholders and responsibilities, Trends and innovations in construction quality, Legal and ethical considerations

Module 2: Construction Quality Standards and Regulations: Local and international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), Building codes and safety regulations, Environmental and sustainability compliance, Health and safety regulations, Quality certification processes, Compliance monitoring frameworks

Module 3: Quality Planning and Assurance: Developing quality management plans, Defining quality objectives and metrics, Inspection and testing procedures, Supplier and subcontractor quality evaluation, Documentation and record-keeping, Risk management in quality assurance

Module 4: Quality Control and Site Implementation: On-site quality control processes, Material inspection and testing, Construction process monitoring, Identifying defects and non-conformance, Corrective and preventive actions, Reporting and communication of quality issues

Module 5: Compliance Management and Auditing: Compliance audits and inspections, Regulatory reporting and documentation, Handling violations and corrective actions, Internal and external audit coordination, Risk assessment and mitigation, Continuous improvement in compliance practices

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
