Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Store and Purchase Management in Construction: Role and responsibilities of store and purchase manager, Overview of construction supply chain, Types of construction materials and equipment, Importance of procurement planning, Understanding construction project requirements, Key performance indicators in procurement and stores.

Module 2: Procurement Process and Vendor Management: Procurement methods and strategies, Vendor selection and evaluation, Tendering and bidding process, Negotiation techniques with suppliers, Contract management with vendors, Building and maintaining supplier relationships.

Module 3: Inventory and Warehouse Management: Inventory control methods and techniques, Warehouse layout and organization, Material receiving and inspection, Stock issuing and documentation, Stocktaking and cycle counting, Use of technology in inventory management (ERP, barcode, RFID).

Module 4: Purchase Order and Documentation Management: Creating and managing purchase orders, Purchase requisition and approval process, Managing delivery schedules, Handling purchase returns and disputes, Maintaining procurement records and reports, Compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Module 5: Cost Control and Budgeting: Budgeting for procurement and stores, Cost analysis and cost reduction techniques, Price negotiation strategies, Managing procurement costs vs budget, Monitoring and reporting financial performance, Handling supplier payments and credit terms.

Module 6: Safety, Quality, and Sustainability in Procurement: Ensuring material quality and compliance with standards, Safety considerations in storage and handling, Sustainable procurement practices, Managing hazardous materials, Environmental regulations and policies, Continuous improvement in procurement and store operations.
