Duration: Three Months.

Objective: The Certificate in Construction Testing and Quality Control course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to perform testing, inspection, and quality assurance on construction materials and processes. Participants will learn standards and procedures for testing concrete, steel, soil, asphalt, and other construction materials, as well as quality control techniques, site inspection protocols, and documentation practices.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Material Testing Fundamentals: Types of construction materials (concrete, steel, soil, aggregates, bitumen), Sampling and preparation techniques, Laboratory and field testing methods, Standards and specifications for materials, Interpretation of test results, Documentation and reporting of material tests

Module 3: Structural and Non-Structural Testing: Testing techniques for structural elements (beams, columns, slabs), Non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, Load testing and stress analysis, Inspection of finishing works (plaster, flooring, coatings), Identifying defects and failures, Corrective measures and reporting

Module 4: Quality Assurance and Control Procedures: Developing quality control plans, Monitoring construction processes, Conducting inspections and audits, Compliance with project specifications and codes, Risk identification and mitigation, Continuous improvement in quality processes
