The course covers Building Information Modeling (BIM), project management software, cloud collaboration platforms, digital workflows, and data analytics.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Digital Construction Management: Overview of digital construction concepts, Benefits and challenges of digital transformation, Key technologies in digital construction, Role and responsibilities of a digital construction manager, Industry trends and case studies, Digital construction maturity models.

Module 2: Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Collaboration: BIM fundamentals and workflows, BIM software tools and platforms, Model creation and management, Coordination and clash detection, Collaboration among stakeholders, BIM standards and protocols.

Module 3: Project Planning and Scheduling Tools: Digital project planning techniques, Scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.), Resource allocation and optimization, Critical path method (CPM) analysis, Real-time progress tracking, Risk management with digital tools.

Module 4: Data Management and Analytics: Construction data sources and types, Data collection and validation, Data storage solutions (cloud, on-premise), Data analytics and visualization, Performance metrics and KPIs, Reporting and decision support.

Module 5: Digital Construction Technologies: Use of drones and UAVs, Laser scanning and 3D surveying, Virtual and augmented reality applications, IoT devices and sensors, Robotics and automation, Integration of emerging technologies.

Module 6: Leadership, Communication, and Change Management: Leading digital transformation projects, Stakeholder engagement strategies, Effective communication and collaboration, Training and upskilling teams, Managing resistance to change, Ethics and professional development.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
