Duration: Three Months.

Objective: The Certificate in Drawing & Painting Skills course is designed to equip individuals with the skills, techniques, and pedagogical knowledge required to teach drawing and painting effectively. The program covers foundational and advanced art techniques, including sketching, shading, color theory, composition, and various painting mediums. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Color Theory and Painting Techniques: Basics of Color Theory and Color Mixing, Understanding Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Colors, Techniques in Watercolor, Acrylic, and Oil Painting, Texture and Layering Methods, Brush Handling and Stroke Techniques, Experimenting with Mixed Media

Module 3: Drawing and Painting Styles and Genres: Realism, Impressionism, Abstract, and Modern Art Styles, Portrait, Landscape, and Still Life Techniques, Cultural and Traditional Art Forms, Contemporary Artistic Expressions, Developing Personal Style and Creativity, Incorporating Storytelling in Art

Module 4: Art Materials, Tools, and Studio Management: Introduction to Drawing and Painting Materials, Selecting Appropriate Paper, Canvas, and Brushes, Safe Handling of Paints and Solvents, Organizing an Art Studio and Workspace, Maintenance and Storage of Art Supplies, Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Art Practices

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
