Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Global Construction Project Management: Role and responsibilities of a global construction projects manager, Overview of international construction industry, Project lifecycle and phases, Importance of cross-cultural and global management, Key stakeholders in global projects, Trends and innovations in international construction

Module 2: Project Planning and Scheduling: Strategic project planning, Work breakdown structure (WBS) development, Scheduling techniques (Gantt charts, CPM, PERT), Resource allocation and optimization, Time management across multinational projects, Integration with global project management tools

Module 3: Cost Management and Financial Planning: Budget development for global projects, Cost estimation and forecasting, Financial risk management, Currency and inflation considerations in international projects, Cost tracking and reporting, Value engineering and cost optimization

Module 4: Quality, Safety, and Compliance Management: Quality assurance and quality control in construction, Safety standards and international regulations, Environmental and sustainability compliance, Inspection and audit procedures, Risk identification and mitigation, Implementing global best practices

Module 5: Procurement, Contracts, and Stakeholder Management: International procurement strategies, Contract types and legal frameworks (FIDIC, NEC, etc.), Negotiation and vendor management, Coordination with clients, contractors, and subcontractors, Stakeholder communication and reporting, Conflict resolution and dispute management

• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
