Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Sustainable Construction: Role and responsibilities of a sustainable construction manager, Principles of green building and sustainability, Overview of environmental impact in construction, Key stakeholders and regulatory authorities, Trends and innovations in sustainable construction, Lifecycle approach to building sustainability

Module 2: Green Building Standards and Certifications: Overview of LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and other green building certifications, Sustainable design guidelines and benchmarks, Energy efficiency and resource management, Water conservation and management practices, Indoor environmental quality standards, Documentation and compliance requirements

Module 3: Sustainable Materials and Technologies: Selection of eco-friendly and low-carbon materials, Renewable and recycled construction materials, Innovative construction technologies for sustainability, Building envelope and insulation considerations, Material lifecycle assessment and waste reduction, Green construction supply chain management

Module 4: Energy and Environmental Management: Energy-efficient building systems (HVAC, lighting, renewable energy integration), Energy modeling and performance monitoring, Water efficiency and waste management, Site and ecosystem impact mitigation, Environmental risk assessment and mitigation, Implementation of green construction technologies
