Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Green Building and Sustainability: Principles of Sustainable Design and Construction, Environmental Impact of Buildings, Introduction to Green Building Rating Systems, Climate-Responsive Design Strategies, Triple Bottom Line Approach (People, Planet, Profit), Role and Responsibilities of a Green Building Certification Consultant.

Module 2: Overview of Major Green Building Rating Systems: LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), IGBC (Indian Green Building Council), BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), WELL Building Standard, GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment), Comparison of Rating System Criteria and Certification Levels.

Module 3: Certification Process and Documentation: Project Registration and Pre-Assessment, Credit Interpretation and Compliance Paths, Required Documentation and Templates, Submission Procedures and Online Portals, Consultant Coordination with Project Teams, Review Cycles and Appeal Processes.

Module 4: Technical Areas of Assessment: Sustainable Site Selection and Development, Water Efficiency and Management, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Integration, Materials and Resource Optimization, Indoor Environmental Quality and Comfort, Innovation and Regional Priority Credits.
