Duration: Three Months.

Objective: The Certificate in Infrastructure Planning and Construction course is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to plan, manage, and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, and utilities. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 3: Design and Engineering Coordination: Reviewing engineering and design documents, Integration of multidisciplinary designs, Value engineering and cost optimization, Compliance with codes and standards, Coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants, Sustainability and environmental considerations

Module 4: Construction Execution and Management: Construction techniques for civil and infrastructure projects, Resource and workforce management, Equipment and material management, Quality control and assurance, Schedule monitoring and progress reporting, Safety management and regulatory compliance

Module 5: Financial, Legal, and Contract Management: Cost estimation and control, Cash flow management and financial reporting, Contracts and legal documentation, Insurance and bonding requirements, Dispute resolution and claims management, Auditing and project performance evaluation
