Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Medical Logistics & Distribution: Overview of medical logistics and supply chain management, Roles and responsibilities of a medical logistics manager, Types of medical supplies and equipment, Importance of efficient distribution in healthcare, Legal and regulatory framework, Ethical and professional standards

Module 2: Inventory and Warehouse Management: Inventory control and stock management, Storage requirements for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, Cold chain management, Material handling and warehouse operations, Expiry and batch tracking, Inventory auditing and reporting

Module 3: Procurement and Supplier Management: Procurement processes in healthcare, Supplier selection and evaluation, Contract management and negotiations, Vendor performance monitoring, Ethical sourcing and compliance, Risk management in procurement

Module 4: Transportation and Distribution Management: Transportation planning and route optimization, Handling and packaging of medical products, Modes of transportation for healthcare logistics, Distribution tracking and monitoring, Compliance with transport regulations, Emergency and disaster logistics

Module 5: Technology and Data Management: Use of logistics management software, Barcode and RFID systems, Data collection, analysis, and reporting, Supply chain visibility and tracking, Forecasting demand using analytics, Continuous improvement through technology

Module 6: Quality, Safety, and Compliance: Quality assurance in logistics processes, Safety protocols and handling hazardous materials, Risk assessment and mitigation, Regulatory compliance and inspections, Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Continuous improvement and lean logistics
