Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Modular Construction: Overview and history of modular construction, Types and classifications of modular buildings, Benefits and challenges of modular construction, Comparison with traditional construction methods, Market trends and industry growth, Role and responsibilities of a modular construction specialist.

Module 2: Design Principles and Planning: Modular design concepts and standards, Structural considerations in modular construction, Modular unit layouts and space planning, Building codes and regulatory compliance, Integration with architectural and engineering disciplines, Use of BIM and digital tools in modular design.

Module 3: Manufacturing and Fabrication Processes: Factory-based construction workflows, Material selection and quality control, Prefabrication techniques and methods, Modular component assembly, Transportation and logistics planning, Safety and environmental considerations in manufacturing.

Module 4: Site Preparation and Installation: Site assessment and groundwork requirements, Foundations for modular buildings, Delivery and installation procedures, On-site assembly and connection methods, Utilities integration and commissioning, Safety protocols during installation.
