Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Construction Fundamentals: Introduction to construction industry and roles, Construction terminology and concepts, Project phases and lifecycle, Construction materials basics, Construction safety standards and OSHA principles, Construction quality control principles

Module 2: Construction Planning & Scheduling: Project planning and scope definition, Work breakdown structure (WBS), Construction scheduling techniques (Gantt, CPM, PERT), Resource allocation and leveling, Critical path method analysis, Schedule monitoring and updating

Module 3: Construction Estimating & Cost Control: Types of estimates (conceptual, detailed, unit price), Quantity take‑off procedures, Cost databases and pricing methods, Indirect costs and contingencies, Budget development and cost tracking, Cost control and reporting

Module 4: Construction Contracts & Law: Types of construction contracts (lump sum, cost‑plus, design‑build), Contract documents and specifications, Contract administration best practices, Legal rights and obligations, Claims, disputes, and resolution methods, Bonds, insurance, and risk allocation

Module 5: Site Management & Construction Operations: Site setup and logistics planning, Equipment and materials management, Labor productivity and supervision, Construction methods and sequencing, Environmental and sustainability practices, Safety management and compliance

Module 6: Project Leadership & Professional Practice: Communication and stakeholder management, Team leadership and conflict resolution, Ethics and professional responsibility, Construction documentation and reporting, Technology in construction (BIM, software tools), Innovation and continuous improvement

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
