Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Renewable Energy Infrastructure: Role and responsibilities of a renewable energy construction supervisor, Overview of renewable energy types (solar, wind, hydro, biomass, geothermal), Key stakeholders and regulatory authorities, Importance of sustainability and environmental compliance, Trends and innovations in renewable energy construction, Project lifecycle and phases

Module 2: Site Assessment and Planning: Site selection and feasibility studies, Resource assessment (solar irradiance, wind speed, water flow), Environmental and social impact assessments, Design and layout planning for renewable energy systems, Permitting and regulatory approvals, Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Module 3: Construction Methods and Techniques: Civil works and foundation construction, Erection and installation of renewable energy systems, Mechanical and electrical system integration, Cable routing and grid connectivity, Coordination with contractors and equipment suppliers, Construction scheduling, sequencing, and quality control

Module 4: Equipment, Materials, and Technology: Selection and handling of turbines, solar panels, inverters, and other equipment, Material management and storage, Use of construction technology and monitoring tools, Equipment commissioning and testing, Maintenance planning for reliability, Adoption of innovative and sustainable technologies

Module 5: Safety, Compliance, and Quality Assurance: Occupational health and safety procedures, Environmental compliance and sustainable practices, Inspection and quality assurance protocols, Documentation and reporting procedures, Risk management and emergency response, Ensuring adherence to national and international standards

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
  • There is no negative marking in any module.
