Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Human Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology: Introduction to Human Anatomy and Major Body Systems, Muscular and Skeletal System Functions, Cardiovascular and Respiratory System in Exercise, Basic Biomechanics and Body Movements, Energy Systems and Nutrition in Sports, Injury Prevention and First Aid Management

Module 3: Physical Fitness and Training Methodology: Components of Physical Fitness (Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Coordination), Principles of Training and Exercise Prescription, Warm-Up, Cool-Down and Stretching Techniques, Fitness Testing and Evaluation Procedures, Designing Age-Appropriate Fitness Programs, Use of Equipment and Technology in Fitness Training

Module 4: Sports Techniques, Rules and Coaching Skills: Fundamentals of Major and Minor Games (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Athletics, etc.), Techniques and Skills Development in Various Sports, Rules, Regulations and Officiating Methods, Coaching Philosophy and Methods, Game Strategy, Planning and Team Formation, Motivation and Communication for Athletes
