Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Foundations of Teacher Leadership: Definition and importance of teacher leadership, Roles and responsibilities of teacher leaders, Leadership theories relevant to education, Developing a leadership mindset, Ethical considerations in teacher leadership, Historical and contemporary perspectives on teacher leadership.

Module 2: Communication and Collaborative Skills: Effective communication techniques for leaders, Building collaborative teams, Conflict resolution and negotiation, Influencing and motivating peers, Facilitating meetings and professional learning communities, Active listening and feedback skills.

Module 3: Instructional Leadership and Classroom Innovation: Supporting instructional improvement, Coaching and mentoring strategies, Promoting innovative teaching practices, Data-informed decision making, Integrating technology in teaching, Encouraging reflective practice among teachers.

Module 4: Change Management and School Improvement: Leading change initiatives in schools, Understanding change models and processes, Overcoming resistance to change, Strategic planning for school improvement, Engaging stakeholders in change, Monitoring and evaluating change efforts.

• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
