Duration: Three Months.

Objective: The Certificate in Wellness Retreat Management course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to plan, manage, and execute wellness retreats and holistic health programs. The program focuses on understanding wellness principles, client needs, event management, and operational logistics to create a rejuvenating and safe retreat experience.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Wellness Retreats: Overview of wellness retreats and industry trends, Roles and responsibilities of a wellness retreat coordinator, Types of wellness retreats (yoga, spa, detox, mindfulness), Ethical and professional standards, Importance of client-centered wellness services, Legal and regulatory considerations

Module 2: Planning and Designing Wellness Programs: Needs assessment and target audience analysis, Designing retreat schedules and activities, Integrating fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness programs, Collaborating with wellness professionals, Budgeting and resource planning, Setting measurable objectives and outcomes

Module 3: Hospitality and Guest Management: Managing bookings and reservations, Customer service and guest relations, Accommodation and dietary planning, Handling special requests and accessibility needs, Conflict resolution and problem-solving, Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment

Module 4: Operations and Logistics Management: Venue selection and setup, Transportation and travel coordination, Scheduling staff and wellness practitioners, Equipment and supply management, Health and safety compliance, Monitoring daily operations and troubleshooting

Module 5: Marketing and Promotion of Retreats: Developing marketing strategies and campaigns, Social media and digital promotion, Branding and outreach to target audience, Managing client communication and inquiries, Partnerships with wellness professionals and organizations, Evaluating marketing effectiveness and ROI

Module 6: Evaluation, Feedback, and Continuous Improvement: Collecting participant feedback and testimonials, Assessing program effectiveness and client satisfaction, Implementing improvements based on feedback, Reporting and documentation of retreat outcomes, Professional development and industry trends, Maintaining long-term client relationships

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
