Duration: Three Months.

The program covers fire safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, fire prevention strategies, emergency response planning, fire detection and suppression systems, and employee training techniques.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Workplace Fire Safety: Overview of Workplace Fire Safety, Role of a Fire Safety Specialist, Key Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Fire Safety in Occupational Settings, Ethical and Professional Responsibilities, Scope of Fire Safety in the Workplace

Module 2: Fire Science and Hazard Identification: Fire Chemistry and Combustion, Types and Classes of Fires, Fire Behavior and Spread, Identifying Workplace Fire Hazards, Risk Factors and Vulnerabilities, Application of Fire Science in Safety Planning

Module 3: Fire Prevention and Safety Measures: Fire Prevention Strategies, Fire Detection Systems and Alarms, Fire Suppression Systems and Equipment, Emergency Signage and Lighting, Safety Inspections and Maintenance, Compliance with Workplace Safety Regulations

Module 4: Emergency Preparedness and Evacuation: Developing Workplace Evacuation Plans, Emergency Exit Routes and Accessibility, Fire Drills and Simulation Exercises, Crowd Management and Egress Strategies, Special Considerations for Vulnerable Employees, Evaluating and Updating Emergency Plans
