Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Module 2: Copywriting Techniques and Styles: Headline writing and attention-grabbing hooks, Writing for different formats (print, digital, social, OOH), Emotional appeal vs rational appeal in copy, AIDA, PAS, and other proven copywriting formulas, Tone modulation for different audiences, Storytelling techniques in advertising.

Module 3: Copywriting for Different Media Platforms: Print ads (newspapers, magazines, brochures), Digital platforms (web banners, Google Ads, landing pages), Social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), Radio and TV commercial scripts, Email campaigns and newsletters, Writing CTAs and taglines.

Module 4: Research, Ideation and Brand Understanding: Conducting market and competitor research, Understanding product features vs benefits, Creating customer personas, Brainstorming and idea generation techniques, Collaborating with designers and marketing teams, Aligning copy with brand identity and campaign goals.

Module 5: Editing, Proofreading and SEO Copywriting: Copy editing for clarity, tone, and impact, Grammar, punctuation, and language accuracy, Writing SEO-friendly ad copy and meta descriptions, Keyword integration without compromising readability, Tools for grammar and readability enhancement, Rewriting and refining drafts.

Module 6: Campaign Conceptualization and Portfolio Development: Developing a full campaign copy brief, Creating cohesive multi-platform copy, Client communication and revision handling, Case study analysis of iconic ad campaigns, Building a professional copywriting portfolio, Freelancing and job opportunities for copywriters.
