The course covers risk assessment, business impact analysis, emergency response strategies, recovery planning, communication protocols, and compliance with industry standards.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Business Continuity: Definition and Importance of Business Continuity, Key Concepts and Terminology, Types of Business Disruptions, Roles and Responsibilities in Business Continuity, Regulatory Requirements and Standards, Overview of Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Module 2: Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Purpose and Objectives of BIA, Identifying Critical Business Functions, Assessing Impact of Disruptions, Determining Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Prioritizing Business Processes, Documenting BIA Findings.

Module 3: Risk Assessment and Management: Understanding Risks and Threats, Risk Identification Techniques, Risk Analysis and Evaluation, Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies, Risk Monitoring and Reporting, Integrating Risk Management with Business Continuity.

Module 4: Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Components of a BCP, Developing Recovery Strategies, Resource Requirements and Allocation, Creating Communication Plans, Plan Documentation and Maintenance, Testing and Exercising BCP.

Module 5: Incident Response and Crisis Management: Incident Detection and Reporting, Activation of Response Teams, Coordination During Disruptions, Communication with Stakeholders, Managing Crisis Situations, Post-Incident Review and Improvement.

Module 6: Training, Awareness, and Continuous Improvement: Training Programs for Employees, Building a Culture of Preparedness, Conducting Awareness Campaigns, Evaluating Plan Effectiveness, Lessons Learned and Plan Updates, Staying Current with BCM Trends and Technologies.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
