Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Business Process Management (BPM): Definition and importance of BPM, Key BPM concepts and terminology, Business process lifecycle, Types of business processes, BPM frameworks and standards, Role of a Business Process Manager.

Module 2: Process Mapping and Modeling: Techniques for process mapping (flowcharts, SIPOC), Process modeling tools (BPMN, UML), Identifying process inputs and outputs, Documenting current state (as-is) processes, Creating future state (to-be) processes, Validating process maps with stakeholders.

Module 3: Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing process performance and bottlenecks, Root cause analysis techniques, Lean principles in process improvement, Six Sigma basics and DMAIC methodology, Identifying value-added vs non-value-added activities, Prioritizing process improvement initiatives.

Module 4: Process Design and Automation: Principles of process redesign, Incorporating customer requirements and compliance, Workflow automation tools and technologies, Designing for scalability and flexibility, Integration of processes with IT systems, Change management in process redesign.

Module 5: Performance Measurement and Control: Defining process KPIs and metrics, Data collection and analysis methods, Process control charts and dashboards, Monitoring and reporting process performance, Continuous process improvement cycles, Aligning process metrics with organizational goals.

Module 6: Governance and BPM Implementation: Establishing process governance structures, Roles and responsibilities in BPM, BPM maturity models and assessment, Developing BPM strategy and roadmap, Managing BPM projects and teams, Case studies and best practices in BPM implementation.
