Objective: The Certified Business Risk & Compliance Analyst course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to identify, assess, and manage business risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The course covers risk management frameworks, compliance regulations, internal controls, audit processes, risk assessment methodologies, and reporting.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Business Risk and Compliance: Concepts of business risk, Types of risks (operational, financial, strategic, compliance), Risk governance frameworks, Compliance principles and objectives, Regulatory landscape overview, Roles and responsibilities of risk and compliance professionals

Module 2: Risk Identification and Assessment: Risk identification techniques, Risk analysis and evaluation, Risk prioritization and scoring, Key risk indicators (KRIs), Business impact analysis, Emerging risks and trend analysis

Module 3: Compliance Management and Regulatory Frameworks: Regulatory requirements and standards, Corporate governance and ethics, Internal policies and procedures, Compliance monitoring and auditing, Reporting obligations, International compliance frameworks

Module 4: Risk Mitigation and Control Strategies: Developing risk mitigation plans, Control design and implementation, Preventive and detective controls, Operational risk management, Monitoring and reviewing control effectiveness, Crisis and contingency planning

Module 5: Monitoring, Reporting, and Analytics: Risk and compliance reporting frameworks, Data analytics for risk management, Performance metrics and KPIs, Dashboards and visualization tools, Incident reporting and escalation, Continuous monitoring techniques

Module 6: Continuous Improvement and Strategic Integration: Integrating risk and compliance with business strategy, Lessons learned and knowledge management, Continuous improvement methodologies, Embedding risk culture in the organization, Stakeholder engagement, Governance and accountability mechanisms

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
