The course covers enterprise risk management frameworks, strategic planning, risk assessment techniques, mitigation strategies, compliance, and governance.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Strategic Planning and Management: Strategic vision and goal setting, Environmental and market analysis, SWOT and PESTEL analysis, Strategic option evaluation, Strategy formulation and prioritization, Strategy implementation monitoring

Module 3: Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies: Risk quantification and measurement, Risk modeling and scenario analysis, Mitigation planning and controls, Contingency and crisis planning, Risk monitoring and reporting, Regulatory and compliance considerations

Module 4: Financial and Operational Risk Management: Financial risk identification (credit, market, liquidity), Operational risk assessment, Risk-based decision making, Key risk indicators (KRIs), Internal controls and audits, Risk-adjusted performance metrics

Module 5: Governance, Leadership, and Organizational Culture: Corporate governance principles, Risk culture and awareness, Roles and responsibilities in risk management, Leadership for strategic decision-making, Stakeholder communication, Ethics and corporate responsibility
